Insects are said to have about 1 million species, accounting for about two-thirds of all animals on the planet. In order to approach "Fushigi" of such diversified insects, the Miyazaki Prefectural General Museum will hold a "Mushi Mushi Exhibition" that learns fully utilizing the five senses of looking, listening and touching.
Approximately 1,300 pieces of exhibition materials such as "Beetle Beetle" which you can actually touch Hercules giant beetle, specimens of "sparkling insects" that are talked about as fancy insects, and insect specimens collected by experts are waiting for everyone.

Insect event is a event which encourages people of all ages to learn more about insects.
