Chiwa Saitō (斎 藤 千 和, Saitō Chiwa, * 12. März 1981 in Saitama) ist eine japanische Synchronsprecherin, die bei I'm Enterprise angestellt ist. Saitō ist zusammen mit Natsuko Kuwatani eine Hälfte des Synchronsprecherduos "co-chee". Im "Divine Design" -Bogen der Getbackers Drama-CDs spricht sie eine Figur, die den Charakter von Kuwatani kämpft. Sie ist Mitglied der Sprechergruppe "MORE PEACH SUMMER SNOW", neben Haruna Ikezawa, Mamiko Noto und Ryo Hirohashi. Die Gruppe begann als "MORE PEACH SUMMER" mit Ikezawa, Saitō und Noto; alle vier stimmhaften Charaktere im Keroro Gunso Anime. Der Name des Quartetts basiert auf den Namen ihrer jeweiligen Sgt. Froschcharaktere: Angol Mois (Noto), Momoka Nishizawa (Ikezawa), Natsumi Hinata (Saitō) und Koyuki Azumaya (Hirohashi). Chiwa gab am 29.
