Takeshi Hayama (Hayama Takeshi, June 16, 1958 -) is a Japanese composer, arranger and guitarist. He is from Osaka Prefecture. Blood type is type B.

In 1977, he was awarded Grand Prix at the Yamaha 88 Rock Day with the blues band "Hanazoni". Immediately at the Kyoto University Seibu Auditorium he jumped around the cover of the jump blues and performed live recording and debuted from the trio record in 1978.

In the next year, he published a full album of all songs by producing it next to Ito Silver, but he eventually disbanded that album due to the difference in direction. After that, upon visiting Tokyo as an artist, he was participating in activities of Minako Honda and Tetsuro Oda while asking for an opportunity to debut as an artist.
