Hiroki Maekawa

Hiroki (born 9 November 1985, in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer-songwriter. His full and former stage name is Hiroki Maekawa. He dropped out from Shobi University. He is represented by Avex Vanguard.
In high school, he formed rock bands and studied music professionally at music college. besides, he learned piano and guitar by himself. Japanese music(especially ballads) has a great influence on him, and the music he produces is characterized by a melodic line that is healing and something nostalgic.

His motto is to maximize his hobbies. Golf, fishing (acquired small boat license), darts, skis, volleyball, gambling, cooking, driving, etc. as special skills and watching sports (golf, F1, table tennis, volleyball, baseball, soccer,... He has a wealth of knowledge about hockey, cameras and videos, and now has over 30 hobbies specialties.

Nowadays, not only music activities such as songwriting and songwriting, but in 2010 he debuted in the movie "Ramune", and then appeared in numerous dramas. He has also expanded the scope of his activities, including appearances on variety programs.
