Kurazawa Daiki was born in Utsunomiya city, Tochigi prefecture. He began playing piano from 7 years old, electone, jazz piano from 16 years old. He participated in the 30th International Electone Festival held in Singapore in 1993 as a representative of Japan. He has won a brilliant Grand Prix out of about 30,000 people in 15 countries.
In 1994 he received the Utsunomiya citizen prize and started working as a Yamaha Tokyo branch exclusive demonstrator. In the Nagano Winter Olympics in 1998, he was responsible for all the performances at the "Central Square" in Nagano city, for the awards ceremony of outdoor competitions such as ski competitions. He gave the Olympic Games glamorously.
The theme song "The Trail of Glory" was produced at the 2005 Special Olympics held in Nagano. He also played at the venue and gorgeed up with excitement. Premiered performance of "Dream of Youth" by Mr. Yuji Toriyama at "EMIES Concert" held at Suntory Hall. In December 2007, CD "JAZZ IZ" was released. At the same time, matching music collection "JAZZ IZ" is also released.
Currently he works as an arranger, such as publishing works collections from Yamaha Music Publishing.
In addition to performing demonstrations and concerts throughout the country, he is also active as a jazz pianist.
