Kitatani Tatsuya (February 28, 1996) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and bassist. He was also working as a Vocaloid P in the name of Hi Tanida's (Hi Tanita's).
When he was in elementary school, he learned about Rock from ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION and then he went to VOLA & AMP ORIENTAL MACHINE and 8 ottos. When he graduated from junior high school, he bought a bass and formed my first band, but he realized that he was good for composing and became independent. he is interested in VOCALOID these days.

In October 2011, one person formed a band "The flock of sheep does not laugh." (Abbreviation: Mitsuru) and started live activities as Tatsuya Kiya.
