Mitsuru Sudo (Suto Mitsuru, December 14, 1964 -) is a bass player from Yamagata Prefecture.
Began playing guitar at the age of 13. In 1984, he entered Tokyo Gakugei University and studied the light music section. In 1986, he became the bass player of THE SQUARE band after the withdrawal of THE SQUARE bassist anaka Toyuki. He joined officially in November of the same year. He participated in 14 original albums of the band until he withdrew in August 2000, and he was active not only as a bass player but also as a composer. After that he began activities freely and vigorously, continuing music activities in various ways, such as supporting a number of artists, providing music and arrangement.
