STUSSY PRESENTS STONES THROW JAPAN TOUR 2018 - TOKYO WITH PEANUT BUTTER WOLF & SUDAN ARCHIVES

The World's Best Indie Label: Stones Throw Japan Tour 2018 will be held at a special lineup! Producers, DJs, A & R and a variety of talents, as well as the founder of Stones Throw will join with Peanut Butter Wolf & Sudan Archives at Stones Throw Japan tour 2018! Manak took the name Peanut Butter Wolf in the late-80s when he realized that a girlfriend’s youngest brother feared the “peanut butter wolf monster” more than death itself.

The man, Peanut Butter Wolf, has appeared in America's largest festival, Coachella, and Sudan Archives, one of the biggest newcomer of electronic music, will visit Japan for the first time. The Muromachi period (室町時代 , Muromachi jidai, also known as the Muromachi era, the Ashikaga era, or the Ashikaga period) is a division of Japanese history running from approximately 1336 to 1573. Eventually Peanut Butter Wolf began making beats and DJing again.

What distinguished the Ashikaga shogunate from that of Kamakura was that, whereas Kamakura had existed in equilibrium with the imperial court, Ashikaga took over the remnants of the imperial government. He has been active since 1989 when he produced a song by Lyrical Prophecy called "You Can't Swing This" on a label called PMR Records run by Kim Collett, who DJed with him at the local radio station (KSJS). The ensuing period of Ashikaga rule (1336–1573) was called Muromachi from the district of Kyoto in which its headquarters – the Hana-no-gosho (花の御所 , Flower Palace) – were located by third shōgun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu in 1378.

About this area

Tokyo

Tokyo (Japanese: [toːkjoː] , English /ˈ t oʊ k i . oʊ / ), officially Tokyo Metropolis, is the capital of Japan and one of its 47 prefectures. The Greater Tokyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府 , Tōkyō-fu) and the city of Tokyo (東京市 , Tōkyō-shi) .
