Born in France on July 1, 1968.
He went to the dance school every week until 12 years old and specialize in Latin dance around the time he graduated from high school. One of his teachers encouraged him to go to Paris' Ecole Jacques Lecoq. In 1990 he went to see Cirque du Soleil and the destiny became definitive. The spotlight hitting his face when the crown sat down in his knees in the audience looked like the light of fate.

Philippe occasionally returned to Paris, a crown care unit created by Caroline Simons, a part of New York's Big Apple Circus, has been conducting consolation to children fighting disease in hospitals in and around Paris. The only permanent concert in Japan by the world famous circus group Cirque du Soleil Circus headquartered in Canada was unfortunately missed at the end of last year. Many overseas performers were transferred to Las Vegas and other shows, but on the other hand, there were artists who chose to remain in Japan. Mr. Phillip, acting as a crown (clown), wanted to make his own new show on this land in Japan.
