Watanabe (渡辺 , "ferryside") is the fifth most common Japanese surname.
The first to be named Watanabe were the samurai clan founded by Watanabe no Tsuna (953-1025), whose father was Minamoto no Mitsuru, a great-grandson of Minamoto no Tōru (822-895), a son of the Emperor Saga (786-842). Tsuna established the Watanabe branch of the Saga Genji clan, taking the family name from his residence at Watanabe, a port on the Yodo river in Settsu Province. He was companion in arms to Minamoto no Yorimitsu (944–1021), and famous for his military exploits in a number of tales and legends. Dominating Settsu Province as a focal area of maritime transportation in medieval Japan, the Watanabe family spread its influence widely. Their descendants settled in other areas, including Kyushu. Besides the mainstream of Watanabe, the Matsuura in Hizen Province, later daimyō of Hirado Domain, were the most famous and flourished branch.
Several samurai clans claimed a genealogical relation to the above Watanabe family. They included Watanabe of Hakata and Watanabe of Ōmura. The Watanabe of Hakata were daimyō of Hakata Domain (Izumi Province) until the Meiji Restoration (1868). The Watanabe clan of Ōmura (Hizen Province) and the Watanabe clan of the Suwa (Shinano Province) were also ranked among the Peers after 1868.
During the Hōgen rebellion (1156), and the Genpei War (1180-1185), the Watanabe sided with Minamoto no Yorimasa (1106-1180), then with Minamoto no Yoritomo (1147-1199). In 1185, they sent ships and mounted warriors to support the Minamoto cause. The priest Mongaku Shōnin who urged Yoritomo to start a war against the Taira clan, and who managed to get a letter from the Emperor Go-Shirakawa (1127-1192) to Yoritomo, requesting that he set up an army and liberate the court from the tyranny of the Taira, was a kinsman of the Watanabe clan.
During the 16th century wars, the following Watanabe samurai distinguished themselves:
In the context of the Japanese economy, Mrs. Watanabe is a generic name for housewives who deal in foreign exchange.

The group was started in Detroit, Michigan in the late 70's. Derek Dirckson became the band leader after James Mitchell asked Derek to play drums with Chapter 8, who were at the time the backup Band for the Detroit Emeralds. In 1979 Derek Dirckson and Michael Powell produced the first album expanding the groups roster to include Anita Baker, Gerald Lyles, David Washington, Van Cephus, Courtlen Hale, Scott Guthrie, and Allen Nance. In 1985 Valerie Pinkston replaced Anita as the lead vocalist and was featured on This Love's For Real.
As Chapter 8 was the launching pad for Anita Baker, so was it for Michael J. Powell who went on to produce Anita Baker's Rapture, Giving You The Best That I Got, and Compositions albums as well as producing Carylon Crawford, Regina Bell, Peabo Bryson, James Ingram and David Peaston. Many of the Chapter 8 group members can be found performing on these 80's recording masterpieces.
Ariola was merged with the Bertelsmann Music Group (the same company that owned Arista Records, the longtime home of Baker's main rival Whitney Houston) in 1987, and Baker would end a ten-year hiatus in 2004, when she released My Everything under Capitol's Blue Note Records sublabel.
Derek Dirckson went on to discover, manage and produce, Fred Hammond, Commissioned, The Winans, John P. Kee, Mary, Mary, and the great gospel plays, "Momma Don't", "Wicked", "Come Out of The Rain" and many more. In 1999 Derek Dirckson opened the Blackstage Pass Recording Studio in Detroit, Michigan. Dirckson has recorded his first solo CD entitled "Dirckson". The CD features Evangelist Ella Worthington and Minister Noah I. Brown on lead vocals.
David Washington who cofounded the group with Michael Powell continued to record and tour with David Peaston and continued to work with Michael Powell on several of his projects including Anita Baker, and Regina Bell. David also has 2 new singles out, one a remake of chapter 8's ready for your love and turn the page.
A credit card is a payment card issued to users (cardholders) to enable the cardholder to pay a merchant for goods and services based on the cardholder's promise to the card issuer to pay them for the amounts plus the other agreed charges. The card issuer (usually a bank) creates a revolving account and grants a line of credit to the cardholder, from which the cardholder can borrow money for payment to a merchant or as a cash advance. In other words, credit cards combine payment services with extensions of credit. Complex fee structures in the credit card industry may limit customers' ability to comparison shop, helping to ensure that the industry is not price-competitive and helping to maximize industry profits. Due to concerns about this, many legislatures have regulated credit card fees.
A credit card is different from a charge card, which requires the balance to be repaid in full each month. In contrast, credit cards allow the consumers a continuing balance of debt, subject to interest being charged. A credit card also differs from a cash card, which can be used like currency by the owner of the card. A credit card differs from a charge card also in that a credit card typically involves a third-party entity that pays the seller and is reimbursed by the buyer, whereas a charge card simply defers payment by the buyer until a later date.
A band of four-man band Umbrella, which has been based in Kansai, celebrated its 9th anniversary.
In commemoration of that, one man live was held at Takadanobaba AREA in Tokyo on March 24th, but on
this day, unlike the usual live, it is said that all the songs will be shown.
For Umbrella, it was a challenge that could be taken from the side, as it was the first attempt, and the one man was the first attempt, but they took 6 hours to complete all the songs. Let's say from the conclusion, it was a great live.
To tell the truth, despite showing all the songs up to now, there was some anxiety as a side to see how the dense history of nine years that they had built would fit in a day.
However, as the live went on, I saw the music becoming increasingly vivid, and I thought that it was worthwhile to take on this inseparable challenge.
The reason why they were able to continue umbrella until today was revealed through the song.

A payment is the trade of value from one party (such as a person or company) to another for goods, or services, or to fulfill a legal obligation.
Payment can take a variety of forms. Barter, the exchange of one good or service for another, is a form of payment. The most common means of payment involve use of money, cheque, or debit, credit or bank transfers. Payments may also take complicated forms, such as stock issues or the transfer of anything of value or benefit to the parties. In US law, the payer is the party making a payment while the payee is the party receiving the payment. In trade, payments are frequently preceded by an invoice or bill.
In general, the payee is at liberty to determine what method of payment he or she will accept; though normally laws require the payer to accept the country's legal tender up to a prescribed limit. Payment is most commonly effected in the local currency of the payee, unless if the parties agree otherwise. Payment in another currency involves an additional foreign exchange transaction. The payee may compromise on a debt, i.e., accept a part payment in full settlement of a debtor's obligation, or may offer a discount, for example, for payment in cash, or for prompt payment, etc. On the other hand, the payee may impose a surcharge, for example, as a late payment fee, or for use of a certain credit card, etc.
The acceptance of a payment by the payee extinguishes a debt or other obligation. A creditor cannot unreasonably refuse to accept a payment, but payment can be refused in some circumstances, for example, on a Sunday or outside banking hours. A payee is usually obligated to acknowledge payment by producing a receipt to the payer. A receipt may be an endorsement on an account as "paid in full". The giving of a guarantee or other security for a debt does not constitute a payment.
Money is any item or verifiable record that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts, such as taxes, in a particular country or socio-economic context. The main functions of money are distinguished as: a medium of exchange, a unit of account, a store of value and sometimes, a standard of deferred payment. Any item or verifiable record that fulfils these functions can be considered as money.
Money is historically an emergent market phenomenon establishing a commodity money, but nearly all contemporary money systems are based on fiat money. Fiat money, like any check or note of debt, is without use value as a physical commodity. It derives its value by being declared by a government to be legal tender; that is, it must be accepted as a form of payment within the boundaries of the country, for "all debts, public and private". Counterfeit money can cause good money to lose its value.
The money supply of a country consists of currency (banknotes and coins) and, depending on the particular definition used, one or more types of bank money (the balances held in checking accounts, savings accounts, and other types of bank accounts). Bank money, which consists only of records (mostly computerized in modern banking), forms by far the largest part of broad money in developed countries.
Umbrella was formed on March 14, 2010 with 4 members :
-Yui- (Vocal / Guitar) , -Shu- (Guitar) , -Hal- (Bass) , -Sho- (Drum)
Their concept is "umbrella in mind"
They place a melancholy melody and a licking lyric on alternate sounds, deliver it strongly, intensely, kindly, to your heart.
They are active mainly in Kansai.

Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō) is Japan's capital and the world's most populous metropolis. It is also one of Japan's 47 prefectures, consisting of 23 central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center. The Izu and Ogasawara Islands are also part of Tokyo.
Prior to 1868, Tokyo was known as Edo. A small castle town in the 16th century, Edo became Japan's political center in 1603 when Tokugawa Ieyasu established his feudal government there. A few decades later, Edo had grown into one of the world's most populous cities. With the Meiji Restoration of 1868, the emperor and capital moved from Kyoto to Edo, which was renamed Tokyo ("Eastern Capital"). Large parts of Tokyo were destroyed in the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 and in the air raids of 1945.
Today, Tokyo offers a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining to its visitors. The city's history can be appreciated in districts such as Asakusa and in many excellent museums, historic temples and gardens. Contrary to common perception, Tokyo also offers a number of attractive green spaces in the city center and within relatively short train rides at its outskirts.
SHARE LOCK HOMES or SLH (シェアロックホームズ) is a 4 member Nico Nico Douga dance unit of YUMA, SHIRAHAN, RYO, and KARASU that specializes in locking.
Overall, SLH has a grungy style. With a fun, playful atmosphere, SLH captures their family style relationship in many of their choreographies. The 4 members portray carefree and cool attitudes in their approach to locking.
SLH has a tendency to dress in costumes or excessive makeup in a few dance covers, especially to cross-dress.
As their name suggests, SLH specializes in locking and can tackle a range of other house styles. Their locking choreography may have either a serious or fun attitude. At times, their original choreography incorporates freestyle.
SLH cover dances together with SLH Family. However, they are collectively known as the "Homonculus" when they are joined by its key members. Homonculus is made up of 3 duos: DoggyStyle (YUMA and KARSU), KO2 (SHIRAHAN and RYO) and lastly, ATY (Akari and Yukari). They also hold special dance lessons together with their SLH Family allowing new people to join.
