Yamamura Yugoro was born in Osaka in 1964. · Nisei Yamamura Tomogoro, it is a male founder for the first time in about 100 years, but it is said to be a feminine dance, today it is transmitted from Matsuhiko Mai (Ekimae) which is regarded as the mainstream of Yamamura. In July 2014, for the first time in about 120 years Yamamura Tomogoro (third generation) appeared. In September, "Yamamura Yugamiro Yugoro 4th Generation Yamamura Waka Prometory Banzai Maikai Kai" of the Third Generation will be held.
He achieve Osaka Cultural Festival Encouragement Award in 1991, Cultural Affairs Art Festival New Artist Award in 2001, Dance Critics Association New Artist Award in 2003, Agency for Cultural Affairs Art Festival Excellence Award in 2007, Osaka Culture Festival Award 2009, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology award for 10 years. He also engaged in Bunraku, Takarazuka Revue, Choreography of Kabuki, Dance Instruction, and Cultivation.
