Shimizu Keiichi is a Japanese chorus conductor. After graduating from Waseda University. Master commander Masako Endo, V. Feldbrill, he conducted the chorus with Mr. Sekiya Sekiya and served as a chorus master of works for choral and orchestra in various places. He has appointed to be jury members in a variety of domestic and international music festivals.
Since 1995, he has been regular conductor at NHK "Minna no Chorus". In 2000, he won the chorus instruction and appeared as an actor in the "Independent Boys Choir" who won the Bower Award at the Berlin International Film Festival. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Japan Chorus Conductor Association, Director of Tokyo Chorus Federation, part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts.
