Joagen Fougu was born in Tokyo. He studied piano under Mr. Yoko Ishikawa and Mr. Kinbayashi Kobayashi at Shinshigakuen Senior High School and Junior College Music Department, undergraduate students of Noda Quantum and Toyosaka Noboru.
