Tomio Inoue (July 4th, 1961-) is a Japanese musician. He is from Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. He graduated from Fukuoka Prefectural Ogura Minami High School.
Joined "Roosters" through "Human Club" while attending Fukuoka Prefectural Kokura Minami High School.
He debuted as a member of Roosters in 1980.
After leaving Roosters in 1984, he was in charge of his own leader band, Blue Tonic, vocals and guitar. Major debut from Teichiku Non Standard in 1987, but dissolved in 1989.
1990, he began activities as a base player. After that, he experienced many sessions and is currently working as a producer and arranger.
He released his first solo album "up! Up and away" in 2003. Around this time, he held the live event "Cajun Moon Night" series with Takashi Furuta (dr.). The band during this session evolved into the permanent band "CAJUN MOON BAND" later. The members are Saito cat (vln.), Furuta Takashi (dr.), Inoue Tomio (b.), Yanagisawa F. (g.), Onoe Satoshi (g.), Fujimoto S. (key.), Takahashi Yuko (per. ).

2008 STRUTTIN UNLIMITED "DREAM ENSEMBLE" announced.
Blue Tonic achieved reunification for one night only in 2014, and started activities in earnest in 2015.
