고베시 필 하모닉 코러스 (Kotobase Festival)는 1989 년 고베시에서 창립되었습니다. 현재는 고베 시민 문화 진흥회 혼성 합창단의 운영으로 활동하고 있습니다. 지방 공공 단체가 관리하는 최초의 합창단입니다.
