立川忍之助（1954年2月15日出生，富山县新港市（今伊豆市的一部分））是乐高演奏家。他的真名是竹内辉男。他与成立于2003年的漫画团体Rokunin-no-Kai（六人制）一起，帮助在日本年轻人中普及了落语。他也是著名的电视节目主持人，自1995年开始播出以来，就一直在黄金时段播放NHK常规节目Tameshite Gatten。
