工藤重之（生于1954年9月26日）是日本长笛演奏家。他是东京音乐学院的教授，并且是活跃于世界各地（尤其是独奏）的日本代表性笛子演奏家之一。他出生于北海道札幌市。 1975年，他没有毕业而在法国留学（从东邦大学毕业），然后就读于巴黎音乐学院Rampal班。 1979年1月，他加入了法国国家里尔乐团，并成为首席长笛演奏家。 1979年，他完成了巴黎音乐学院的学习。1987年，他离开里尔乐团，移居独奏，并在巴黎高等音乐学院担任教授。到2004年，他在40个国家/地区的180多个城市演出，主要是独奏会。他还与NHK交响乐团，日本大多数国家的组织以及30多个海外主要组织的乐队一起演出。 1987年至2009年，他曾担任斋藤纪年乐团的首席长笛演奏家； 1990年，他是水户室内乐团的首席长笛演奏家。2013年3月，他成为金泽乐团的特别首席演奏家。
