Tetsuro Sugiura（Kono Torurou，1968年7月13日 - ）是日本作曲家，钢琴家和商人，出生并居住在爱知县名古屋市。
他曾为Uanshige Honpo的音乐制作工作多年，包括为Uansaki Yoshiaki的香颂钢琴家工作。自2012年4月起，他将活动基地从东京迁至名古屋，并成立了音乐制作公司（Purgus Co.，Ltd。）。
