Tetsuya Kanmuri（冠彻弥Kanmuri Tetsuya，出生于1971年9月7日 - ）是一位日本重金属歌手和演员，最初来自京都府宇治市。
Kanmuri作为舞台演员一直活跃，并且出现在Gekidan☆Shinkansen的R系列中。 2007年，Kanmuri与Gekidan☆shinkansen的音乐负责人Tsukasa Okazaki创立乐队“SKOMB”。 2010年，自Shimuke Shimada对Kanmuri感兴趣以来，Kanmuri出现在综艺节目“Gyoretsu no dekiru houritsusoudanjyo”。他升起了他在节目中越来越受欢迎。
