In human physiology and psychology, sound is the reception of such waves and their perception by the brain. Humans can only hear sound waves as distinct pitches when the frequency lies between about 20 Hz and 20 kHz. Sound waves above 20 kHz are known as ultrasound and is not perceptible by humans. Sound waves below 20 Hz are known as infrasound. Different animal species have varying hearing ranges.
Acoustics is the interdisciplinary science that deals with the study of mechanical waves in gases, liquids, and solids including vibration, sound, ultrasound, and infrasound. A scientist who works in the field of acoustics is an acoustician, while someone working in the field of acoustical engineering may be called an acoustical engineer. An audio engineer, on the other hand, is concerned with the recording, manipulation, mixing, and reproduction of sound.
Applications of acoustics are found in almost all aspects of modern society, subdisciplines include aeroacoustics, audio signal processing, architectural acoustics, bioacoustics, electro-acoustics, environmental noise, musical acoustics, noise control, psychoacoustics, speech, ultrasound, underwater acoustics, and vibration.

Formed in 2014, 21g is a band that brings together three generations of Japanese rock. Led by green-masked frontman Geno, the alter-ego of everset vocalist Himura Tsuyoshi, the line-up features ex-SIAM SHADE bassist NATCHIN and "girls metal" guitar prodigy mi-ya.
The band's musical ethos is stubbornly old-school, eschewing synths and electronics in favour of a classic four-piece rock sound. Since their debut single Amaterasu sanka, all 21g's output has been self-released.
The band take their name from the supposed weight of the human soul, as claimed by Duncan MacDougall in 1907.
In addition to facilitating the reproduction of flowering plants, flowers have long been admired and used by humans to bring beauty to their environment, and also as objects of romance, ritual, religion, medicine and as a source of food.
The essential parts of a flower can be considered in two parts: the vegetative part, consisting of petals and associated structures in the perianth, and the reproductive or sexual parts. A stereotypical flower consists of four kinds of structures attached to the tip of a short stalk. Each of these kinds of parts is arranged in a whorl on the receptacle. The four main whorls (starting from the base of the flower or lowest node and working upwards) are as follows:
Collectively the calyx and corolla form the perianth (see diagram).
Although the arrangement described above is considered "typical", plant species show a wide variation in floral structure. These modifications have significance in the evolution of flowering plants and are used extensively by botanists to establish relationships among plant species.
The four main parts of a flower are generally defined by their positions on the receptacle and not by their function. Many flowers lack some parts or parts may be modified into other functions and/or look like what is typically another part. In some families, like Ranunculaceae, the petals are greatly reduced and in many species the sepals are colorful and petal-like. Other flowers have modified stamens that are petal-like; the double flowers of Peonies and Roses are mostly petaloid stamens. Flowers show great variation and plant scientists describe this variation in a systematic way to identify and distinguish species.
Flower Flower (フラワー フラワー , Furawā Furawā, stylised as FLOWER FLOWER) is a Japanese rock band that was formed in 2013 by Japanese singer-songwriter Yui. The group debuted with the single "Tsuki" (2013).
Vocalist Yui is a musician from Fukuoka, who originally debuted as a soloist under Sony Music Entertainment Japan in 2005, after auditioning in 2004. She released five studio albums between 2006 and 2011, all of which were commercially successful. Some of her most famous songs include "Good-bye Days" (2006), the theme song for the film Midnight Sun which starred her as Xeroderma Pigmentosum sufferer Kaoru Amane, and the spring song "Cherry" (2007), both of which were certified million by the RIAJ. In November 2012, Yui announced her intention to retire from music as a soloist.
Flower Flower was first formed in early 2013, composed of musicians Yui respected. These included keyboardist Mura☆Jun, otherwise known as Jun Murayama, a member of the band Venomstrip and a session musician, as well as Mafumafu, i.e. bassist Katsuhiro Mafune, and drummer Norihide Saji, known in the band as Sacchan.
The band started with recording sessions, followed by a series of secret lives across Japan in March 2013. The project was officially announced in April 2013, followed by a series of festival performances. The group released their first single "Tsuki" digitally in June, used in a commercial campaign for cellphone provider au. The group attended festivals such as Join Alive, Rock in Japan Festival and Countdown Japan.
In May 2014, the band released their second song, "Kamisama". In June, it was announced that Flower Flower would perform the four theme songs for the live-action adaptation of Daisuke Igarashi's manga Little Forest, released in two parts in August 2014 and February 2015. Flower Flower performs the theme songs for each season, with summer and autumn released in 2014 and winter and spring in 2015.
The name Flower Flower was picked as Yui wanted something natural in their band name.

The Near Earth Asteroid Rendezvous – Shoemaker (NEAR Shoemaker), renamed after its 1996 launch in honor of planetary scientist Eugene Shoemaker, was a robotic space probe designed by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for NASA to study the near-Earth asteroid Eros from close orbit over a period of a year. The mission succeeded in closing in with the asteroid and orbited it several times, finally terminating by touching down on the asteroid on 12 February 2001.
The primary scientific objective of NEAR was to return data on the bulk properties, composition, mineralogy, morphology, internal mass distribution and magnetic field of Eros. Secondary objectives include studies of regolith properties, interactions with the solar wind, possible current activity as indicated by dust or gas, and the asteroid spin state. This data will be used to help understand the characteristics of asteroids in general, their relationship to meteoroids and comets, and the conditions in the early Solar System. To accomplish these goals, the spacecraft was equipped with an X-ray/gamma-ray spectrometer, a near-infrared imaging spectrograph, a multi-spectral camera fitted with a CCD imaging detector, a laser rangefinder, and a magnetometer. A radio science experiment was also performed using the NEAR tracking system to estimate the gravity field of the asteroid. The total mass of the instruments was 56 kg, and they required 80 W power.
A previous plan for the mission was for it to go to 4660 Nereus and do a flyby of 2019 Van Albada en route. In January 2000 it would rendezvous with Nereus but instead of staying it would visit multiple asteroids and comets. Some of the choices that were discussed were 2P/Encke, 433 Eros (that became the mission's primary target), 1036 Ganymed, 4 Vesta, and 4015 Wilson–Harrington. The Small-Body Grand Tour was a plan for visiting two asteroids and two comets over a span of a decade with the spacecraft.
"COSMIC BOX" (Cosmic Box) is YUKI's 19th single (21th total) single. It was released from Epic Record Japan on November 18, 2009.
The 2nd single in 2009. After the third baby in May 2009, it will be the first new work. The title song "COSMIC BOX" and two songs "music" that was released as a delivery limited single in 2008 are included.
The title song was appointed as the theme song for the movie, following the previous song "Rendezvous"'s coupling song "Miss · Yesterday". Also, it is the theme song of the movie work starring Masami Nagasawa, which will be the second time after the 2005 "The Pleasure Seed". The first production board comes with a DVD containing PV. The provisional title of the creation stage is "Space sandbox".
In this work 's jacket picture, YUKI is wearing a short bob' s wig. It is the first time in 2 years since the "Wonder Line" in 2007 that the photo with the wig is used for the jacket.
After that, there is no reason to know that they will be refused appearance from the national broadcast because of the band name.
With songs that are "uncomplicated" and unusually strong songs, emotional lyrics, and a lively style with a lot of heat, all the people in the hall are singalong and turned into "guest vocals".
Gagaga SP, Megamasahede, Su-xing-cyu, Sambomaster and Ginkgo BOYZ are also deeply connected. In addition, they named their band "Sex machine" because it means " a music band with big impaction" anyway. The band name later became the nickname and rejected by the broadcasting station is a story even if you want to change the band name, "songs recorded on the album "Furetari Art". In some cases, the band name is inappropriate, so sometimes they are called as "a refreshin".

Kobayashi, Ai – guitar, vocals
She was born in 1975 Kanagawa prefecture. She began guitar at age 18 due to joining a band, but because she especially liked listening to lo-fi stuff, she convinced herself she didn’t need to be good with an instrument and so skipped practicing which she regrets somewhat reaching this point without improving.
In 1998, began Swarm’s Arm and is still loosely active with them. Invited by her drinking buddy Tabuchi, she joined Toddle. Since she was a fan of Tabuchi’s guitar, she gets chills. Before joining, worked with Ezaki as support for Luminous Orange.

Miura debuted as a singer in 1997 with the group Folder, consisting of students from Okinawa Actors School, which he attended. He left the group in 2000 due to his voice changing as a result of puberty. On August 1, 2004, he declared he would come back as a solo artist, and did so in March 2005 with the single "Keep It Goin' On." Since his solo debut, he has released 22 singles and 7 albums.
In April 2018, he was assigned Campaign Character, for "NHK World", an international broadcasting service.
The band was formed in 1990.
Their 1991 song "Hanashitaku wa Nai" (lit. "I do not want to release you") became a hit song in the cable broadcast. After this success, the band released several hit songs and albums. Their 1993 song "Osaekirenai Kono Kimochi" (lit. "Inextinguishable This Heart") was used for the ending theme of Ichigo Hakusho (in which then-unknown Namie Amuro played a role). The single reached number 1 on the Japanese Oricon weekly charts, becoming their first number-one single.
However, Moritomo suffered throat problems so his doctor advised that he should give up singing. Despite this, he was forced to perform a live concert on March 26, 1995. It became their final concert. After a long hiatus, the band officially disbanded in December 1999 and it was not until around 2010 that Moritomo finally regained his voice, he then began a solo career. After hearing fans wishing for the group to reform however, Moritomo and the rest of T-Bolan agreed to reunite in late 2012 and are set to go on a nationwide tour of 16 cities beginning in October 2012.
