Charter Ouchi (Okunokushi)was born on February 22, 1951.He is a Japanese music critic, Disc Jockey. He was graduated from Tokyo. Rikkyo University.In 1971 he started writing as a music critic while enrolled at the university. Writing activities focusing on rock, especially punk rock, UK rock has a deep knowledge. Featuring a stabbing stylistic style with a light tone that is not officially like punk. Since he was in charge of DJ at "Young Echo" of NHK radio, he actively does activities as a DJ. He has been hosting the DJ event "LONDON NITE" which has been selected mainly for punk since 1980.
