It was in September, 2016 that "The 1st Red & White Opera Singing Battle concert -THE BATTLE OF VOCAL SOUL-" was held as a celebration of New Year's Eve.

This concert gathers singers representing Japan from young to veteran. They are divided into Red and White team and compete with each other to win the battle. Judges are spectators from the audience. The contest decides the winner by how big the audience's applaud for each performance. Red Team won "The 1st Red & White Opera Singing Battle concert -THE BATTLE OF VOCAL SOUL-" and it was a splendid first winner!
