Hiroki Masuda (September 30, 1979) is a master of Kyogen and studied under Akira Shigeyama. At Higashimiyoshi High School Arts and Culture Department, he decided to learn Kyogen in Akira Shigeyama as part of class and to become a master of Kyogen. At the same time as entering Shitennoji International Buddhist University, he entered the "Takeo Konkai" in Shigeru Shigeyama company and studied under Akira Shigeyama and Chihaya Shigeyama in 2002.
In 2009, he graduated from the Kyoto Noh program. In association with Kyoto Nohkaku Association. In 2011, Yomi Shimada, Tatsuya Iguchi, Mari Suzuki, Mamoru Suzuki, Moriyuki Yamashita, etc. together formed "Gokai" in the form of taking over "Sansai". In addition, he performs demonstration activities such as Oshari Banzai and Peekakuri.
