Mr.EggPlant is a Japanese rock band with a combination of 4 members: Murakami Maikaku (Guitar & Chorus), Yoshihiro Sakata (Drums & Chorus), Yoshihiro Sakata (Drums & Chorus), Ryuji Kataoka (Vocal), Issei Watanabe (Bass & Chorus). The band was formed in April, 2012.
In October, 2013, just one year, they won the public opening audition of FES "Kishu Rock Impact" Wakayama and appeared "Kishu Rock Impact 2013".
In 2014, the 1st demo "the mirror" was released and sold out immediately.
In March, 2016, they released 2nd demo "POSiTIVAL" and it was also sold out.
In May, 2016, They won Japan's largest charity festival COMIN 'KOBE in the teen-only audition and won COMIN' KOBE 16.
In April, 2017, they released the 3rd demo "Goodbye" and The MV of [Goodbye] about half a year achieve the large number of views, about 200,000 times.
In March 2018, The 1st mini album "NEW GERM" was launched nationwide.
