la la larks (Lalalarks) is a Japanese-style 5-person modern pop rock band formed in 2012. FlyingDog (label in Victor) belongs to the label.

Tomomi Uchimura who was a front member of School Food Punishment, Ryo Eguchi who was a producer of the same band as Ryou Eguchi who was a producer of the band, Ritsuro Mitsui as a support guitarist, and Kubota Keisuke of former SADS and former GO! GO! 7188 Turkey Musicians playing a part of the band gathered and formed a band in 2012. Eguchi who works as an arranger / producer of many artists, all members except Vocal Uchimura perform their various musical activities, but put their fundamentals on la la larks. While keeping an independent attitude focusing on live performances, providing music to Chiaki Kuriyama, participating in remixes of song "Tokyo" at album "Photon" of AZUMA HITOMI, Uchimura to the album "Since 2" of Spangle call Lilli line Participation as a featuring vocal, etc., has expanded the range of activities.

The trigger for the formation was finding a support musician for Uchimura's solo activity School Food Punishment was suspended. Uchimura who received live invitation consulted with Eguchi. Although I decided to do as a solo, I decided to do it as a solo project called "la la larks", not the name of "Tomomi Uchimura". Because the collected members originally worked together or were friends of the band, I knew the mind as well, so I would like to make something with this band, Uchimura does not want to be a musician to support them at the first live I decided to act as a thought and permanent band.

Regarding the reason why we did not release CD at first, "I can make a CD right away, but I think that the flow of the band will also be stagnant, so I think that I will not make it in order to seriously consider the form of future presentations" And at the time of guest appearance to J - WAVE TOKYO REAL - EYES. In an interview with Natalie, "I did not feel like trying to make a CD soon after forming it."
