Adrián Santana was born in Málaga, at the age of 8 he began to train at the professional dance conservatory in his hometown, where he finished his dance career in 2000. He came from a family of artists, from cante and baile, being a disciple from his uncle Pepito Vargas, great bailaor Malagueño, who taught him everything about flamenco.
At age 17, having completed her dance studies, she is part of the cast of choreographer Carmen Mota with whom she works for five years as a soloist and first dancer of the company in which she has worked in many theaters, national and international.
In 2005 he moved to Madrid and worked with the flamenco company of José Porcel in different shows of that company as a solo dancer, highlighting the show "Spartaco", choreographed and directed by maestro Granero.
In 2007 he works at the Opera of Rome, with the company of Camborio and Lucia del Real performing the opera "La Traviata" under the direction of Franco Zefirelli.
