Isamu Shimoji (October 8, 1969) is a singer-songwriter from Miyakojima city , Okinawa Prefecture
He graduated from Miyako High School in Okinawa Prefecture and came to Tokyo at the age of 18. He finished Tokyo life for seven years completely unrelated to music, and returned to Okinawa main island at the age of 25. While doing a salaryman, the cassette "Saba Nyaan" that he sent "San Francisco Bay Blues" as a replacement song in the Miyako dialect to make his father happy when he was thirty years old became a topic, and Isamu started singing in this opportunity.

In August 2002, the single "We Are Isolated Island" released at Indies. On December of the same year, he released the album "Heaven ~ tin ~". In 2005, he made major debut from Imperial Records (Teichiku Entertainment).
