Fumihiko Muramatsu (December 5, 1951) is a Japanese flower artist. He is the director of I. F Floral Deco and Muramatsu Gardening. Fumihiko was Born in Shizuoka Prefecture. His blood type is O.

Fumihiko Muramatsu was born to parents who ran Muramatsu gardening in Shizuoka. When he was in elementary school he won a prize at a competition who was good at drawing. Gardening shop early in the morning, knowing the hardships and difficulties of parents as well, he could not find a challenge at the flowers originally and he did not intend to succeed in business. He went to Tokyo in advance to the attached high school of Tamagawa University in Tokyo where he studied arts from high school. At Tamagawa University he majored in Japanese art at the Faculty of Arts.

He studied abroad in America during his college days. This idea was opposed to his parents and he could not pay tuition. He had to save money and fulfilled his studies at his own expense. While working at a language school, he was working part-time in a flower shop. In the United States, there are cultures that give flowers to each other frequently in everyday life, and the difference was received by the difference. There were Arab men and Mexican women who were acquaintances of language schools and could not communicate with each other. In response to the fact that men sent flowers to women, they made a couple that everyone envied, triggered the feeling that "flowers are a common language of the world beyond words". He trained in the United States and Europe and graduated from Chicago American Floral Art School in 1974. He was brought back from his study abroad due to his lack of parents' danger, and he decided to finish his study abroad with household goods.

After touching the flower culture of the world and returning to Japan, Fumihiko began preparation for various contests. He also studied Ikebo, Sogetsu style, and Kohara flow which are the three major school flower arrangements, aiming for a flower artist who can express Japanese culture. His flower demonstration started in Asian countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Thailand. In charge of designing the Victory Bouquet for the Nagano Olympic Games Award Ceremony in 1989.
