Masami Otaki (november 8th, 1993) is an Japanese actress from Miyagi Prefecture. After graduating from Sendai Sancho High School and Tokyo Broadcasting Arts & Movie College , she joined in Caramel Box.

The word at "BREATH" identifies a mysterious woman who calls a man to said "goodbye" and "I want to see you again". She knows that her daughter is dating and follows her. After that, bads things happended.
