Shigeki Kiino is a free announcer in Japan.
He born in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. In 1996, he joined Hiroshima FM Broadcasting (HFM), he graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, aspiring for the commentary of Furutate Ichiro, aspiring to be a commentator. Nicknames at that time were "Shige" "Shigetsu" etc.
