Kasuga Mori Haruki (Karasunori Haruki, September 7, 1977 -) is a Japanese animation creator and director. He mainly produces animation by FLASH. Born in Iwamizawa City, Hokkaido. He graduated from Ritsumeikan University Graduate School of Law.
After experiencing production manager at Sun · Ad, he debuted on TV anime with anime version "Cat Ramen".

In 2006 he joined DLE and produced assistants for frog man's work and many short animations.

I am active as a freelance since 2008. Mainly handling short animated gag animation.
