Akio Yokota is a Japnanese guitarist .Began guitar at the age of 13 and studied with Mr. Ikuo Shima from 15 years old. As a high school graduate, we start activities as a professional.
21 years old, record debut with album "DAY BY DAY".
27 years old, announced his own leader album "MY ROMANCE" "MISTY 2".
In 2001, he made his debut as Fried Pride. We released the album "Fried Pride" from the first Japanese concord label, and received the Swing Journal magazine Gold Disc Award. Since then, we have released 11 albums.
He has performed numerous live activities at home and abroad, including New York · Blue Note in the United States.
2012, 53 years old, suffering from cerebral infarction. At one time, both hands and feet are impaired, but with a rehabilitation of hard revival and passion for guitar, it is revived spectacularly, polishing to music quality and transcendence skill more than before.
In 2016, Fried Pride will be dissolved and live as a solo guitarist in Germany, France and Los Angeles. It is called astonishment one person big band.
