Dai Sakakibara

Dai Sakakibara was born in 1967. Started playing the piano at the age of four.

Formed the band G-CLEF while attending Tokyo University of the Arts; opened up a field of instrumental fusion music based on his outstanding musical abilities and performance skills and produced a broad array of achievements, including seven tours across the country and a first-ever appearance by an instrumental band on Kohaku Utagassen, an annual year-end music show on NHK TV.

Sakakibaras powerful style and superb sensitivities go beyond genre and continue to be demonstrated after the dissolution of his band, as seen in his stage support and arrangements for artists such as violinist Taro Hakase, the Gospellers, Mika Nakashima, Seiko Matsuda, and Kohei Otomo.

Sakakibara began full-fledged solo activities in 2001 and has released seven original albums to date. He has also worked on numerous soundtracks for movies and television dramas, including the score for NHKs morning drama series Fight in 2005, the NTV drama Bull Doctor in 2011, and the theme music for ANN News on the TV Asahi network of broadcast affiliates.

In 2014 he released Dear Classix, an album of classical cover performances, and Dear Love Songs, an album of pop cover songs from King Records in July 2015.

NAOTO (Naoto, real name: Naoyuki Takahashi , August 15, 1973) is a Japanese violinist , composer , arranger and music producer . He was born in Takatsuki city , Osaka Prefecture.

He graduated from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music High School, Institute of Music Faculty of Music at the University of Tokyo. He's popular with brilliant performances in classical music and pop music. His music taste is not bound with any genres.

In the popular drama "Nodame Cantabile", he also participated from the orchestra selection, played dubbing, provided songs and made a guest appearances and gained a lot of attention. As a composer, he is responsible for a number of stage music such as writing songs written on programs and commercials, and presiding performances by TEAM NACS. In addition, he served as a live music director for Kosuke Naka and Oshio Kotaro, In recent years, he participated in the stages of Oguro Maki, Kagaku Nara, Glenn Miller Orchestra, ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION 20th Anniversary Tour, accompanied by flowers.

Kazumi Watanabe (渡辺香津美) is a Japanese guitarist. He was born on October 14, 1953 in Tokyo, Japan.

Watanabe learned guitar at the age of 12 from Sadanori Nakamure at the Yamaha Music School in Tokyo. He released his first album in 1971. In 1979, he formed a jazz rock band with some of Japan's leading studio musicians, and recorded the album Kylyn. During that year, he toured with the pop band Yellow Magic Orchestra.

In the 1980s, he toured as guest soloist with Steps, the Brecker Brothers, and Word of Mouth, led by Jaco Pastorius. Watanabe created the jazz-rock/jazz-fusion band Mobo in 1983 with Mitsuru Sawamura (saxophone), Ichiko Hashimoto (piano), Gregg Lee (guitar), Shuichi Murakami (drums), and Kiyohiko Senba.

During the eighties Watanabe released the jazz-rock albums To Chi Ka (1980), Mobo Club (1983) Mobo Splash (1985), and Spice of Life (1987). A DVD was issued from the tour which featured drummer Bill Bruford and bassist Jeff Berlin, who also played on the record.

Watanabe has worked with numerous musicians such as Lee Ritenour, Steve Gadd, Tony Levin, Jeff Berlin, Bill Bruford, Sly and Robbie, Wayne Shorter, Patrick Moraz, Marcus Miller, Richard Bona, and Peter Erskine. Since 1996, he has been a visiting professor of music at Senzoku Gakuen College. He has been chosen Best Jazzman 24 years in a row by Swing Journal magazine's annual poll.

Kotaro Oshio (押尾 コータロー Oshio Kōtarō, real name: 押尾 光太郎) is an acoustic guitarist from Japan. Born in Osaka Prefecture, on February 1, 1968, he is best known for his work on the steel string guitar. Oshio is a part of Sony Music Japan's SME Records division.
Oshio's music is classified within various categories including pop, new age, and jazz. Oshio's musical technique includes fingerpicking, tap harmonics, and a unique strumming style referred to as a "nail attack" in which he slaps the strings with the nails of his middle and ring fingers which is inspired by Michael Hedges. While his albums include mostly original material, Oshio is also known for his covers and movie soundtracks. His unique skill in interpretation and arrangement can be heard in tracks such as Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence from his album Starting Point.
Oshio released his first indie record in December, 1999, which was followed by a second indie album in March, 2001. In July 2002, he released his first major record label album Starting Point and performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival with B.B. King.
