Kobe City Philharmonic Chorus (Kotobase Festival) was founded in 1989 by Kobe City. Currently the activity is being carried out by the operation of the Kobe Citizen Culture Promotion Foundation mixed phrase choir. It is the first professional choir managed by local public bodies.
The current members perform qualification review every two years. In the year when audition / qualification screening is not conducted, we also hold a trial run and other efforts to maintain the members' ability. Many of the members are also active outside the group, such as appearing as soloists of other groups' operas and concerts.
There is no schedule or ticket right now.
