Masaya Masaya (Masaya Muroi, October 3, 1972) is a journalist in Japan. He was born in Toshima-ku, Tokyo. He entered Nihon University College of Arts Department of Department of Drama but dropped out later. He also has activities such as reporters and MC.

He also serves as the president and director of Strike Zone Co., Ltd., which sells Korean professional baseball collectibles and coordinates related to Korean professional baseball. The book "South Korea Professional Baseball Watching Guide & Players Directory" continues to be published every year from 2004 to 2017, conducting editing, coverage, photography and design all by himself.

From July 2016 until October 2018, he was in charge of information corner of Korean professional baseball for about 10 minutes from 11:05 on Tuesday in Radio Japan.
