Yamagishi Shin (Yamagishi Shin, March 22, 1950 -) is a Japanese photographer. Member of Japan Photographers Association, Takenaka Tourism Ambassador. I am from Chiba Prefecture.
He is widely active in advertisement and magazine gravure mainly from portrait photography, and more than 400 photograph collections have been taken. The subjects to be photographed are mainly female idols, actresses, female singers and the like. For about 15 years until the April 2006 issue, I was in charge of the cover photo of Giken's camera magazine "CAPA". It was diagnosed as chronic myelogenous leukemia in December 2009, undergoing medication treatment and fighting side effects.
It was nominated as a photographer when the release of a photographic album collecting only amateur women was planned at late-night variety Tao Daumo produced by Fukuoka prefecture commercial freight, KBC Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting. Initially there was confusion and conflict, but managed somehow until publication. Miko Masuda debuted from this corner and settled in the program. With that in mind, the exchange with the program personnel has not stopped, and on the Yamagishi blog sometimes the stakeholders of the program are told.
There is no schedule or ticket right now.
