Nomura Wan was born in 1930. As the leading guru of Kyogen that represents Japan, he received the honor of 1997 important intangible cultural heritage personal designation (human national treasure). He became a member of the Japan Art Institute in 2001 and a cultural contributor in 2008. Both "Dance" and "Simulation" spelled by Zeami are reconciled, establishing orthodox Kyogen. That dignity does not tolerate others. Currently he plays an active part in many places, but he also focuses on nurturing backwards. (Koza) Advisor to the Noh music association.
