Fusuki Isaka was born in Tokyo. He began ballet at the age of 3. He studied abroad at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts in 1999 with the first Japanese full scholarship.
In 2001 he was the Semifinalist at Lausanne International Ballet Competition. In the same year he got third prize at Asia Pacific International Ballet Competition, IBM Special Award.
In 2002 he joined the Hong Kong Ballet Company, performed in solo of "Spring Festival", Pesanto / Pas de Sis of "Giselle", "Don Quijote" Grand Pas de Not, "Four last songs" and so on. In August 2007, he joined Canada's Ballet Yogan as a principal. Dancing the prince of "Nutcracker", the scammers of "Naked King".
In February 2009, he joined the K Ballet Company as a first artist.
