Tetsuichi Utsunomiya (March 1, 1966 -) is a football nonfiction writer and photographer from Tokyo. Completed graduate school of arts, Tokyo University of the Arts.
After graduate school, he worked in a picture production company, then started activities as a photographer / non-fiction writer since 1997.
At that time, he vigorously interviewed coverage of soccer circumstances of old socialist countries such as the former Yugoslavia countries. Regarding the World Cup, he has been interviewing since 1998, but since 2002 he became a correspondent of Sports / Portal Site Sports Navi, he got into full swing of coverage.
