Masaya Onosaka (小野坂 昌也 , Onosaka Masaya, born October 13, 1964 in Osaka) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production. In 2010 he won the "Best Personality" Seiyu Award. He is known for his Kansai accent in some of his roles. He has appeared in hundreds of anime television series since 1986, he also appeared in many anime films and video games.
