THE ORANGE PRESIDENT was formed in 1999 with Furukawa Yoichiro Furukawa Ichiro (other than drums and choruses)
Yusuke Kisugi Yobu Kibune (drum and chorus).
From 2000 to 2007, they held live mainly in Kansai and Kanto with pace of 5-10 pieces. They independently produced 1 mini album, 3 maxi singles, 3 singles announced. It sold more than 8,000 sheets, now it is out of print.
In 2008 drums & chorus Yuzui joined. Their single "ofbyfor" was announced. They developed tours from Reco which final held at Shinsaibashi CLUB QUATTRO.
In 2009, they announced the first full album "a film of daybreak" as culmination of 10th anniversary. They recorded tour of 13 places with 16 performances from Kanto, Kansai and Okinawa.
They performed at 2010-2012 Charity Fest "COMING KOBE '10". They appeared in Okinawa and other outdoor festivals such as Ibaraki Festival 'Ibaraki Music Festival' and 'Ibaraki Festival' in local Ibaraki City.
In 2017 they started making new works. They increased the range of activities, not only live activities, offering songs and producing, but also radio and TV variety, narration and movie appearances. From the beginning of formation they were acting particular about melody, rock's pop'n Roll. They are aiming for a "dancing rock" that makes people laugh and cry.
