Leoš-Swarovski (Leo Svárovský, May 17, 1961 ) was a Czech conductor of the former Czechoslovakia-born Jablonec-Nado Niso.
After graduating from the Prague Conservatory, he began his career as a flute player as a musician, and by the age of 20 he gained a reputation as a soloist.

As a conductor, he studied from Wenceslav Neumann at the Prague Academy of Arts until 1987, and started his career as an assistant to Zedenek Kozler at the Prague National Opera. After that, in 1991, he participated in Salzburg Music Festival with the invitation of the Herbert von Karajan Foundation.

He has previously served as art director / principal conductor of the Prague State Opera, Principal Conductor of the Brno National Philharmonic Orchestra, and so on. Currently he is a periodic guest conductor of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, an honorary member of the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra, and a music director of the Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra.
