Maki Shellfish graduated from Takasaki Art College (now Creation Academy) Music department major, completed the same department. Graduated from NHK Japanese Music Skills Training Association. Performed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Turkey, China, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries around the world by dispatching the Foreign Ministry and the Japan Foundation.
Performed in a wide repertoire of performances from classical to contemporary music at public-sponsored performances throughout the country. Many appeared on TV and radio.
In addition to Kokoo, he has also been active as a member of the “NHK Tradition Orchestra”, “Sawai Tadao Orchestra”, “Saemon”, and “Fine!”.
