Chiharu Kiyotaki (Kiyotaki Chiharu, August 5, 1986 -) is a Ballet dancer from Tatebayashi City, Gumma Prefecture. After joining the Tachibana Ballet School, he belongs to Maka Asa Balee.
When he was 3 years old, he went to the classroom of his brother who was learning ballet and started learning ballet. Afterwards he proceeded to the Tachibana Ballet School, and was selected as a students of the AM Students 23rd period at Japan Junior Ballet. At the Tachibana Ballet School, he received guidance from Naoya Kojima.
In 2003 he was awarded the Chakotto Scholarship Award, 3rd award in the National Ballet Competition for High School Student Division while he was in the 2nd year at Gunma Prefectural Tatebayashi High School and went to the Bolshoi Ballet School for a year as a scholarship-awarded student. In 2005, he ranked No. 2 in the 62nd National Dance Competition (Junior Ballet Division) sponsored by the Tokyo Newspaper, 2007, and ranked No.1 in the 64th National Dance Competition. He received an award from Minister of Education, Culture and Sports. In the same year, he graduated from the Tachibana Ballet School and made a professional debut.
