Taro Koyama (Kozuma Taro, September 22, 1965 -) is a jazz drummer, born in Sano city, Tochigi prefecture.
In 1984, He graduated from high school and went to Tokyo.

He participated in the trio band with Nishi Naoki (p) , Osamu Kawakami (b). Since the 1980s, he has worked as one of the leading jazz drummers in Japan.
In 1999, He moved to New York and continued his own art activities. In the same year, together with Yuji Tanaka (p) and Yosuke Inoue (b), he performed his first single "Light & amp; Shade". He returned to Japan in 2004 and released "drum genic" in 2005.
