Jiro Sugita (Overheard Jiro, November 2, 1946) is a Japanese singer and religionist, born in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. After graduating from Ritsumeikan University Faculty of Letters , he also do musical activities in relation to Kanagaku.

In 1967, he formed an amateur band "Jiroz (1st)" (members are Jiro Sugita (leader), Daisuke Shiomi, Tetsujiro Hosihara). In 1968, the original song "Only for you" picked up in the "Song of the Month" of the radio "Young Town" gained popularity. He started solo activities in 1972. There are "hit man" and "ANAK (son)" (1978) in solo hit works.
