Uemoto Norihisa (Norihisa Uemoto, June 6, 1978-) is a Japanese vocalist (tenor singer). Fujiwara Opera Group member.
He is from Kutocho, Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. While playing in high school, he belongs to the rugby club. Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, Graduated from the same university. While in graduate school, he belongs to the New National Theater Choir. Tenor second place in the 1st Bel Canto Concorso held in Tokyo in 2002. After graduation, studied abroad in Naples, Italy. In 2004, he entered the National Salerno G. Martucci Conservatory, under the supervision of the opera singer Enno Capeche. Ranked 1st at the Campi Flegrei International Voice Competition while staying in Naples.
Belvedere Opera / Operetta Competition Japan representative. In 2007, he was invited to Bangkok, Thailand, and acted as a soloist for Symphony No. 9 (Beethoven).
