Goto Shinsuke was born in Nagano in 1976. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts.
He has studied trumpet with Tsunao Naohiro, Sugiki Toshio, Fukuda Yoshiya, Pierre Tibeau, Sekiyama Yukihiro, Robert Sullivan, Matsuo Koji, and Takeura Taijiro.
Tokyo New City Orchestra trumpet player.
