Akiko Takada (Belly Dancer)

Akiko Takada is a Japanese belly dancer.
Since 1995, she enrolled in Belly Dance Company, AL CAMARANI and studied under MAHA. From the early stage, her exceptional talent was recognized and she became a show dancer and instructor. She is not bounded by a frame of belly dance. She has collaborated with various artists all over the world and genres.
In 2006, she became an independent freelance performer, lecturer, choreographer and has being active in Japan and abroad since then. Takada Akiko has released DVDs about Belly Dance.
In addition to belly dance activities, she is active in various genres such as a collaboration with club events, performers and filmmakers at the theaters etc.
