Super Express (Choutokkyuu) is a Japanese boyband formed on December 25, 2011 under Stardust Promotion. Every member represents a color. The group consists of "main dancers" and "back vocalists", meaning that the vocalists stand behind the dancers during the band's performances. Bullet Train has been likened to Momoiro Clover Z, a girl group managed by the same talent agency.
On June 10, 2012 they released their first indie single TRAIN, which sold only at Lawson and HMV. The second single Shake body was released on October 24, 2012.
On July 17, 2013, Choutokkyuu was released a limited-distribution single under the band name Ultra Choutokkyuu as a special collaboration with Ultraman Ginga titled Starlight.
The single was the ending song of TV Tokyo drama Ultraman Ginga and reached 1st place in the Oricon Indie Singles Chart.
Their first One-Man live concert was held on March 28 in Nippon Seinenkan. This is also their first solo concert at a concert hall and this venue with a capacity of 1,300 seats. They also performed their 6th single which realesed two day before concert.
Their first album RING was released on December 3, 2014. The album reached #7 on the Oricon Weekly Ranking, selling 18,986 in the first week. The album contains all previous single and several new song included "Gravitation".
